The teenage driver accused of killing a top police officer’s son and leaving him on the road to die has been identified – as it’s revealed it’s the family’s second loss within months.
Dhirren Randhawa, 18, allegedly struck Charlie Stevens, 18, with his car on Beach Road in Goolwa Beach, about 84km south of Adelaide about 9pm on Friday.

SAP to buy Concur for $7.4 billion
SAP has agreed to buy Concur Technologies for $7.4 billion in the biggest acquisition by the 42-year-old German software maker.
Concur’s software can book flights and manage expenses on the Internet or mobile devices. It is used by corporations including Google, Kellogg and Hess, according to Concur’s Web site.
